Having just watched your documentary on Channel 4 we were amazed at what a daunting prospect it must have been to start this project let alone finish it! Congratulations on all your hard work in achieving what looks a beautiful and fantastic place...we are amazed that Sarah maintained her dignity with the cake knife after Ruth disagreed with her in the kitchen!!! We will hope to visit but wish your family all the best with the opening and ongoing business in the future.
